Neftalem Habtemariam

Neftalem Habtemariam is a graduate of University of Kansas School of Law and Munich Intellectual Property Law Center. He is admitted to practice in Texas, Virginia, Washington State, and United States District Court. He is known for his compassion for others. He has a strong desire to protect the rights of ordinary people. He fights big corporations and governments on behalf of ordinary people. He represents his clients vigorously and works daily to achieve the best results possible for his clients. Kalwaljit Thiara

Attorney – SeaTac Office

Komo Thiara was born in Los Angeles and raised in Kent, Washington. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Eastern Oregon University. He the pursued his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law where he focused on homeless advocacy and representation for low means clients.
Komo Thiara has dedicated his practice to civil justice. He has settled hundreds of cases and obtained millions in gross recoveries for soft tissue injury clients. In 2020, Komo open a solo practice as a family law attorney where he handled divorce, restraining orders, and child custody.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Komo Thiara collaborated with Seattle city officials in 2020 to establish new administrative codes pertaining to involuntary commitment of homeless individuals who are detained purely for mental health reasons. Further, he interned at a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing low-bono attorney’s to individuals below the poverty line with the Moderate Means Program.
As the child of an immigrant who was homeless for a time, Mr. Thiara appears regularly as a member of a local church, providing free meals to the public. In his spare time, he is an avid reader of ancient histories and political materials.

Nancy Almaguer-Camacho

Chief Operating Officer – Yakima Office

Nancy is our firms Chief Operating Officer and has been with our firm since 2021. She works with our paralegals, legal assistants, and attorney to provide superior service to our clients.
She has over 6 years of legal experience primarily in personal injury, workers compensation, and trial litigation. She attended the University of Washington where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law, Society, & Justice and with three Minors in American Ethnic Studies, Human Rights, and Labor Studies. She is currently obtaining her master’s degree from Seattle University School of Law. Nancy is passionate and dedicated to helping our clients on their cases and helping serve the community. She is bilingual in Spanish and is a great help to our firms by managing and operating them, helping in all areas of a case, and working on demand drafting and settlement negotiations.
On her free time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband, visiting her family in Eastern Washington, and loves baking.

Joseph McGinnis

Pre-Litigation Department Supervisor – Tacoma Office

Joseph has been with our firm since 2021 and is one of our dedicated Paralegals. Joseph has worked in the legal field for a few years now since graduating from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in law and Policy and a minor in Human Rights. Joseph is passionate about helping his clients recover and understand the benefits available to those affected in all injury accidents. Joseph works at our Tacoma office and when not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, taking care of his new daughter Lilah, working on home improvement projects and watching sports!

Marco Martinez

Intake Department Supervisor

Marco has been with the firm since 2021. Marco has worked in the legal field for a few years now. Marco has had interest in sales & business since graduating from the University of Washington with a major in Communications and a minor in Business but ultimately chose to work in the legal field. Marco is passionate about helping clients, especially clients in underrepresented communities that deal with language barriers. In his free time, he enjoys going to Husky football and basketball games and traveling/exploring different cities.

Hana Nike joined our firm in 2022 after completing her studies in business and technology at Bellevue. Prior to joining us, she gained valuable experience at Slalom Consulting, where she worked in HR. However, her true passion lies in personal injury and immigration law, which she has pursued at a dedicated firm in that field. Hana is known for her exceptional customer service skills, unwavering motivation, and passion for her work, all of which are evident in her commitment to excellence. She finds fulfillment in helping others and consistently strives to excel in every aspect of her career.

Leyu Sitotaw

Case Manager – Dallas Office

Leyu Sitotaw joined the law firm in 2021. After working years in retail, she realized that her passion is customer service and she wanted to do more with her passion. After receiving two associate degrees in business and management, she decided to go back to school to get her bachelor’s degree. She also wanted to find a job that allowed her to do more for her community. She is one of our Amharic and English-speaking paralegals at our Dallas, Texas office. One of the most important things in her life are her family. Her goal is to build a bond and trust with her clients like they are her family.

Helen Keleta

Intake Specialist – Dallas Office

Helen Keleta joined the firm in early 2021 and has taken the personal injury field by storm. Helen is our Law Office Area Manager for the Dallas Texas office. Helen is the most diverse paralegal on our team, being able to communicate with our clients in 4 different languages. After many years in the hospitality industry, Helen realized that she wanted to be more involved in her community and put her amazing customer service skills to better use. As a case manager, Helen is responsible for assisting clients with their case from start to finish and is subject matter expert in the field. When not working, Helen is a family-oriented person who enjoys spending time with her 3 children and husband. She also enjoys the company of her loyal friends. Helen is always willing and able to help with your case!

Maria Roman

Pre-Litigation Paralegal – Yakima Office

Maria Fernandez joined the law firm in 2021. Throughout her professional career Maria has had many job positions which have given her the experience she has working with clients in the legal field. She has very strong customer service skills and leadership skills that have helped clients through their injury cases. She takes pride at the work she does and assures her clients fully understand their rights. Maria attended Heritage University in Toppenish, Washington and obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration, she then attended Grand Canyon University located in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated with a master’s in business administration and a Master of Science in Leadership. Maria has two boys, and she enjoys spending quality time with them, while also enjoying long drives, shopping, and staying active.s and watching sports!

Ezequiel Perry

Ezekiel has been a part of the firm since August of 2023. Ezekiel has always had an interest in the legal field as he graduated with a bachelor’s in law and justice from Central Washinton University. He has always been passionate about helping people, which led him to choose the legal field as a profession. During his free time, he enjoys playing pickup basketball and traveling with friends.

Jacqueline Duran

Jackie has been with the firm since 2023. She is new to the legal field but enjoys learning new things everyday. Jackie graduated from the University of Washington with a major in Education, Communities, and Organizations with a minor in Diversity. She is passionate about helping clients and maintaining an organized setting. During her free time, she enjoys going out to concerts, bullet journaling, watching movies and spending time with her husband and son.
